Gustavia Office is a unique high-end office hotel. In addition to office space, we offer conference rooms as well as nicely furnished apartments for short-term stays. We are centrally located on the waterfront of Kornhamnstorg 53 in the Old Town, with a view of Stockholm and the water of Riddarfjärden.

A great history

The ”Funckska huset” is a building with a history. It was originally built in the 1640s for the mill owner Tomas Funck, from who it got its name. In the early 1900s architect Ferdinand Boberg, who also designed the prestigious NK department store, rebuilt the house. The building was extended with two floors, the old gables re-created on the new roof and the ground floor windows got its present, arched shape. In 2001, we adjusted the premises to the exclusive office space it is today.

All the rooms are unique, with deep window niches and original details. The elevator is one of Stockholm’s very first. The great location allows just a few minutes walk to subway stations and city busses. We are also only a short distance away from the Central station. There are a variety of cafés and restaurants just around the corner as well as all facilities that you can expect from a city.

Service is important to us and we have a staffed reception and a pleasant lobby. We take care of services such as mail delivery and cleaning, for your convenience.
